Payment

Payment must be made in Swedish Kronor (SEK) to NEX Meeting & Event :

• by credit card (payment service) for international attendants
• by invoice for Swedish attendants

VAT-refund from Sweden

In Sweden value-added tax (VAT), is added to the purchase price of most products and services (Swedish moms).

All EU-based commercial companies and universities/research centers/delegates from hospitals and health organizations should, turn directly to the local Tax Authority in their country, for assistance to recover VAT.

Accommodation

Hotel rooms have not been pre-booked for congress participants and accompanying persons.

In order to secure accommodation according to your preferences we encourage you to book as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact NEX Meeting & Event in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation of participation

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of SEK 400 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat before 25th of January 2026.

All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.

We can only admit conference delegates who have paid the conference fee.

Alcoholic drinks

Alcoholic drinks are not included with meals. However, they can be bought separately on site.
